The low-impact movement works every major muscle group, delivering an efficient, effective workout that other exercises simply can’t. Our flywheel design puts you in control of your workout intensity, making the RowErg suitable for home users, elite athletes, and everyone in-between.
  
• The RowErg is available with either standard or tall legs. The standard legs give a 14-inch (36 cm) seat height while the taller legs place the seat 20 inches (51 cm) from the floor. The higher frame means easier on-and-off for those with tired knees or mobility considerations, but is not required for taller users, and both machines will fit inseams up to 38 inches (96.5 cm). Rowers with an inseam longer than this may require our extra-long monorail.
